Owning a dog kennel was always a dream of ours, but one we never took time to make into a reality. In November 2019, our lives were changed by a tragic accident that forced us to re-evaluate what in life was most important and what would provide us the most happiness. What better way to find happiness, but in the love of a furry friend? By being a dog breeder, we are able to provide others with the same love and comfort that we as a family have always found in our fur babies.
Our Purpose
On November 16, 2019, I was involved in an accident that required the amputation of my right leg. This horrible event was physically, emotionally and financially devastating. The costs of prosthetic care and supplies are astronomical and without the help of family, friends and our wonderful community, it would have been financially impossible. Because not everyone has the resources to afford these life changing supplies, there are foundations like Limbs for Life. Limbs for Life is a non-profit organization that helps provide these necessary supplies to those most in need. Bayou Creek Kennels has pledged to donate 5%, of the purchase price of each puppy, to this wonderful foundation. We are ecstatic to announce, with your support, we have been able to donate $2,700 this year!!!! We were notified yesterday that this was enough money to provide someone with a life changing limb. We would like to thank you all, from the bottom of our heart, for helping make this donation possible.

It's very important to us that our fur-family is happy and well cared for. We are both state and USDA licensed and follow a strict feeding, exercising and cuddling regimen. We also maintain a vaccination and de-worming schedule set by our veterinarian. We practice limited breeding because we believe our girls should have time to properly heal and enjoy life! Our goal is to provide cute puppies to those who love them as much as we do
A Furever Friend
We raise friendly, playful puppies that have been socialized around all ages of people. Our granddaughters love doing their puppy-cuddling "work". Our puppies are well loved and come to you pre-spoiled.

This month we want to spotlight our beautiful girl, Winnie. Winnie is a 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who lives for attention and treats.
